Most clients can resume normal activities immediately and drive themselves to and from the appointment.
Pre-Procedure Guidelines
- Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, and supplements with anticoagulant effects (e.g., aspirin, fish oil) for at least two weeks prior to your treatment to minimize the risk of bruising and swelling.
- A medical evaluation will be conducted to assess your goals, review your medical history, and determine the best treatment plan.
- Consent will be obtained after discussing the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
The Injection Process
- The treatment area will be cleansed and prepared, and a thin needle will be used to inject Botox into the targeted muscles.

Aftercare
- Avoid rubbing or applying pressure to the treated area.
- Stay upright for at least four hours after the procedure and avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
- Avoid heat exposure (e.g., saunas, hot tubs) for 24-48 hours to minimize swelling.
