When clinically indicated, she provides prescriptions and ongoing medical supervision. 

Your process begins with a medical consultation with Ellie Adams, FNP-BC. If you meet clinical criteria, Ellie will develop a personalized treatment plan and provide prescriptions when appropriate, along with guidance on accessing medications through partnered pharmacies. 

Both medications contain the same active ingredient, tirzepatide. The difference is FDA indication: Zepbound® is approved for chronic weight management, while Mounjaro® is approved for Type 2 diabetes. Ellie will determine which option is appropriate based on your medical history and coverage. 

Both medications contain semaglutide. Wegovy® is FDA-approved for chronic weight management, while Ozempic® is FDA-approved for Type 2 diabetes. Ellie Adams, FNP-BC, will determine whether a semaglutide medication is appropriate based on your medical history, health goals, and clinical evaluation. 

Treatment works by supporting appetite regulation, metabolic function, and behavior change. It is most effective when combined with balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and ongoing clinical guidance.
