3. Active Membership: Once cleared, your $69/month membership begins, covering your monthly titration, safety monitoring, and metabolic coaching. 

Note: While the Weight Loss Advantage Membership covers your clinical oversight and coaching, laboratory testing and prescription medications are billed separately. We can work with your insurance for lab orders or provide transparent, discounted cash-pay rates.
